Hospitality Services

Meals are served individually at tables arranged by party in the dining room or on the adjacent large outdoor deck. The KBBC campus accommodates a maximum capacity of 12 guests. Our small client-to-staff ratio enables us to provide excellent and individualized customer service.

Lunches are made to accommodate the day’s activities. Clients are responsible for bringing their own alcoholic beverages.  KBBC will provide you with a new set of embroidered rain gear for you to take with you when you leave and other accessories necessary to enjoy your experience.

Support Utilities

Our utility infrastructure is environmentally friendly and consists of “state of the art” power, water, septic, communication and fuel distribution systems.

Electrical power is generated by 24 solar panels, solar collectors, 48V battery bank, inverters and diesel generators.

We have a “Class B” public water system that is approved and monitored by the State of Alaska. The system can produce up to 15,000 gallons of fresh water per day. Distribution is though a robust HDPE piping system that has been pressure tested above industry specifications for pipe line integrity.

We have an advanced Waste Water Treatment System made by Quanics Aerocell Advanced Septic System. The system components and its operation are approved and monitored by the State of Alaska.

The Fuel Distribution System lines were pressure tested at twice the industry standard.  As an added measure of protection we encased them in a secondary water tight containment line to ensure pipeline integrity and protection of the environment.

Our Cisco communications system incorporates the latest technology for voice, data, video and high-speed wireless internet services.
